Our company is incorporating over 100 years of experience in Construction, Government, Military, Real Estate, and Construction Finance.
Novus Ordo Industries' original Board Members reflect a relationship which started with all four members becoming friends in Middle School. All four have remained friends and business associates for over 30 years.
Our contractor has extensive local, state, federal and international experience. He received two awards from a Three Star General for his work in Infrastructure on his last mission. This is one of many projects undertaken.
By taking that experience and combining it with our knowledge of Real Estate, Finance, Corporate Governance and Structure we can bring a veritable understanding of what can benefit the government, community and the environment.

Meet The Team
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Mr. Herrera has over 20 years experience running his own Real Estate Brokerage firm. As a licensed broker Mr. Herrera was integral in the development and financing of many multi-million dollar sales of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Herrera is licensed with the California State Board of Licensed contractors for both commercial and residential sales. Mr. Herrera has a passion for animals and has volunteered his time with the organization Spay Neuter Project of Los Angeles.
Mario Anthony Hernandez
Mr. Hernandez has over 20 years of extensive experience in the financial industry. Mr. Hernandez has been involved in all aspects of finance ranging from relationship management to residential, business, and commercial lending. Mr. Hernandez has been involved in major transactions generating millions of dollars in revenue. Mr. Hernandez enjoys volunteer work with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and has taught children finance with the L.A Unified School District.
Joshua Reyes, Chief Operations Officer, has over 20 years of experience in the area of Engineering, Construction and Site Development with Military Security Mr. Reyes has been in the United States Air Force for 21 Years. In the USAF he was responsible for the development and engineering of projects throughout the globe including the responsibility of designing a Military Base. Mr. Reyes holds a Class B General Contractors license and has played a vital role in the build-out of a diversified portfolio of commercial and real estate projects. In the USAF he was awarded 10 medals and recently received a commendation letter from a 3 star general..
Sam Zavosh is a graduate from California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He has three California State Licenses in Construction, Real Estate, and Mortgage Lending. He currently owns and operates a multi branched company working in each field. In 2015 he established a Non-Profit Organization aimed at helping with Veteran Homelessness, by providing training and work for Veterans in need, as well as care for PTSD. Sam has also had articles published.
Jill Narciso is a UCLA graduate and current Lead Administrator for UCLA’s Department of Medicine- Veterans Affairs Division. She has over 10 years’ experience managing Federal, State, and Private Contracts and Grant Funding, and she manages a research grant portfolio of over $25 million. Her work has allowed national and internationally-renowned research investigators receive funding from several National Institutes of Health agencies, the DoD, and pharmaceutical companies.
Ronald Delgado is a USC Alumni with a degree in Business/Finance. He is a Commercial Insurance Broker with many years of experience in Risk Management for building contractors to include Workers Compensation, Building Risk, General and Professional Liability as well as startup projects. He developed rate plans and determined valuations on profitability in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This includes financial forecast, strategic plans as well as expense management. Ronald’s knowledge is not limited to insurance, he also worked on Federal Government Contracts, submitting Bids and worked with SBA to obtain credentials for 8A Contracting.
Shawn Mahdavian has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. He is CEO of Shawn Consulting and has over 15 years of experience. He is well versed in Structural and Architectural Design and Codes. Through his extensive knowledge and work with Local and State Government, Shawn has built relationships and a reputation that compliments his endeavors.
Najim Merikhi has a civil engineering degree and sits on a board of directors of a multi-national corporation as a CEO. He has 20 years of experience in construction and providing consultancy. His management skills and engineering knowledge have taken the company to an international level. His company has worked on US and NATO projects, with Najim serving as project manager, QC manager and technologist. Projects range from health care, education, security, aircraft support, entry control points, bio-metric facilities, and road network systems.
Lester Salvatierra is an accomplished business professional with over 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. He is a CSUN graduate '83, focusing on business administration and finance and a Pepperdine MBA '85. Mr. Salvatierra has worked for over 18 years in project financing including power purchase agreements, municipal finance for state agencies and equipment leasing and financing for companies at all stages of growth. He is a sales manager for a well established corporation in the microelectronics industry and has owned and managed companies in the printing and graphics, corporate fitness, martial arts and microelectronics and equipment finance industries.
